A clinical study was
conducted to determine the efficacy of Slendertone Face in toning the
muscles of facial expression and minimizing the signs of facial ageing
which are typically characterised by: Radiance, Tone, Lift, Firmness
and Complexion. The study was conducted using randomised controlled
testing of 97 participants, women aged between 35-55 years old using
Slendertone Face over a 12 week period, five times a week for 20 minutes
The trial used
ultrasound imagery, photographic evidence and psychometric
questionnaires to obtain independent results which clearly demonstrated
a statistically significant and measurable improvement in muscle
plumpness and volume by retraining the delicate facial muscles.
Results highlights:
- Ultrasound imagery showed an
average increase in muscle volume of 18.6% in the test group. Over the
same period the control group showed a decline in muscle volume.
- 94% reported their face felt firmer.
- 90% reported improvement in facial toning.
- 80% reported their face looked lifted.
Complexions were also proven to become clearer and more radiant due to the increased blood flow to the skin’s surface.

“Ageing naturally
has always been important to me so I have started using Slendertone
Face. It helps give me a natural face-lift by gently stimulating my
facial muscles. I have seen such difference in my face since using it –
my face feels firmer and my cheeks look plumper. I think all women
should make the most of what they’ve got.”
