Regular brushing improves skin health and texture, while exfoliating away dead skin cells leaving skin smooth and soft. Made from bamboo and cactus bristle. Body Ritual: Dry body brushing is best carried out daily before a bath or shower. Start at the soles of your feet, brush in long strokes up your legs front and back. Then concentrate on brushing your hands and up your arms and shoulders. When brushing your chest and upper back focus the strokes towards your heart. Brush in clockwise circular motions over the abdomen. Caution: Always perform an allergy patch test before use. Do not use on sensitive areas such as the face or on broken skin.
