• Crystal Glass use with warm liquids - guidance We recommend that you follow the recipe for your chosen drink closely as this will help to protect your Waterford Crystal. Do not pour boiling water into the glass at any time. Crystal glasses are not suitable for use in the microwave. To prepare your glass; Place metal spoon into glass & fill with warm water to pre-warm the glass. Allow to stand for one minute and drain. Place fresh spoon into glass. Allow the beverage to moderately cool before pouring into the glass. CARING FOR YOUR CRYSTAL Crystal and glass should be washed separately in warm soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and dried with a lint free cloth. When washing and drying stemware, do not twist the bowl in the opposite direction to the stem as this can cause damage. We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean crystal as it can dull and damage the surface.
