Each individual chocolate heart is carefully hand-painted so every one is individual, and with their delicious filled centers, the combination of flavours and textures are created for your satisfaction. Sláinte A silky smooth dark chocolate pairs with the roasted malt flavours and rich coffee aroma of Galway Hooker Irish Stout. The rich molasses flavour is carefully balanced with a milk chocolate shell. Síbín Delicate white chocolate allows the Micil Poitín to shine through. It’s rich smoky smoothness has hints of malt, treacle and spice. The malted oats add a trace of vanilla and a soft peaty finish. Deochín Irish gin ganache with its beautiful botanicals pairs beautifully with a sharp lemon gel. The smooth filling is surrounded by the crunch of the thin dark chocolate shell. Uisce Beatha The hot whiskey ganache possesses a distinct Irish flavour, instilling a delicate smokiness and smooth, sweet taste.
