When you’re feeling a little frazzled, surround yourself with the empowering scent of Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme & Mint. This bespoke blend of essential oils was designed to uplift, restore and de-stress your senses. The perfect way to start your day or to decompress after particularly busy one, this blend is nature's gift to the frazzled.

• Includes: Seven diffuser sticks, diffuser glass jar, candle & pillow mist
• Composition: Recyclable glass jars, natural soy wax, cotton wicks, essential oils
• Volumes: Diffuser 116ml; Candle 69g; Pillow Mist 57ml. Dimensions: 67 x 230 x 145
• Directions: Candle- Set the spark, relax, unwind and enjoy. Day or night. Never leave a candle unattended. Diffuser - Simply remove the cork and insert the reeds into the amber glass bottle. Allow a few minutes for the reeds to absorb some of the fragrance before you carefully withdraw them, turn them upside down and place the dry ends back into the bottle. The oils will slowly travel up through the reeds and begin to diffuse the fragrance. To refresh the scent, turn the reeds every so often. The fragrance should last up to 4 months. Always wash your hands thoroughly after coming into contact with the oils. Pillow Mist: Use 30 minutes before bed. Hold bottle 60cm from pillow, spray once to lightly mist. Room Spray: Stand in the middle of the room and spray 1-3 pumps into the air
