Bringing a world-class shopping destination to Dundrum Town Centre, the new store will offer inspiring new sustainable shopping services, brought to life through fashion rental, resale and restoration services.
One of the most exciting additions to the store is undoubtedly the unveiling of Planet Beauty, an incredible destination showcasing sixty of the most sustainable, beautiful and consciously-crafted brands across beauty and wellness. Beauty lovers can delight in the discovery of cutting-edge brands and enjoy personalised skincare, haircare, body-care and grooming advice from a team of expert Brown Thomas Beauty Stylists.
The luxurious new Beauty Lounge will be home to Nossa Beauty and Get A Drip. A place where beauty, comfort, knowledge and personalised attention, combine to create a totally memorable and rejuvenating experience. With exclusive salon treatments including manicures and pedicures, world class customer service and hand-picked products our customers will delight in a world of luxury and unrivalled quality.
A retail first, Get A Drip is an exciting new experience which promotes wellness from within. The service will offer IV vitamin drips, IV injections, booster shots and instant vitamin C and D testing.
Meanwhile, the apartment space will host wellness masterclasses, special services and events. This exclusive events space is ready and waiting to play host to group parties and special occasions.
Tech fans will also be suitable impressed with the new dedicated showcase of innovative product from leading brands such as Apple, Dyson, Samsung, Sony, Fitbit, Bose, Bang & Olufsen and Sonos. For the modern commuter, the Segway one wheeler machines will be in store alongside the Palm Angel x MATE bikes and MATE bike range. The new Unagi brand range of scooters spearheaded by Iggy Pop will also be on offer.
Continuing with the company’s vision is to Reinvent Retail, while managing our environmental footprint, responsibly sourcing products and supporting our people and communities, the new store will include an increased sustainable fashion offering, with an emphasis on the ‘Three Rs of Retail’ – rental, resale and restoration.
While the rental aspect will see thoughtfully chosen pieces and price points and include a mix of luxury brands and contemporary, the resale and restoration elements include the ‘full circle’ service which will see pre-loved bags appraised, which can then be exchanged for Brown Thomas gift cards. The ‘circular fix’ service is about driving positive change by reinventing existing pieces in your wardrobe in order to extend the lifespan of your most treasured items.
An exciting mix of new brands await in menswear, also on the lower ground floor, and will include a big activewear focus. Expect new specialist brands like Arc’teryx, Satisfy Running, Café Du Cycliste, Vuori and lululemon.
Womenswear is just as impressive and will see Balmain, Isabel Marant, Victoria Beckham, Jacquemus, Moncler, ACNE, Zimmermann, Dries Van Noten and Loewe all in the mix.
The new store has been constructed using locally sourced materials and artisan pieces from Irish suppliers, including store décor, furniture and rugs. And discerning shoppers will spot exclusive collaborations with a cohort of Irish artists and the interiors feature different elements and textures, from pale pinks and stainless steel to rose quartz velvet, corrugated aluminium finishes and pale wood floors.
Lockdown may have impacted the way we shop, but we're pretty confident the new store in Dundrum will revolutionise it.
