Should you wish to return any items purchased online or in-store prior to closure, you can return up to two weeks after the Brown Thomas physical stores re-open. Please do not post any return items to our stores as these cannot be processed prior to physical stores re-opening.

Returns

Postal Returns
To return items by post please use the prepaid postage label attached to your dispatch invoice.

Store Returns
You can also return products to any of our Brown Thomas stores along with the order confirmation email and dispatch invoice. Please also note items must be returned within the 14 day timeframe and be in a saleable condition.

Brown Thomas Click & Collect is a complimentary service which enables you to place an order online and collect from your nearest store.
Your Click & Collect order will take 3-4 working days to arrive at your selected store. Click & Collect is available at Brown Thomas Dublin, Brown Thomas Cork, Brown Thomas Limerick, Brown Thomas Galway, BT2 Dundrum and BT2 Blanchardstown.
