Grounding Ritual: This multi-purpose balm can be used as a cleansing treatment to help remove dirt and impurities, massage into skin, rinse off with a warm facecloth or leave on over-night as a sleep mask. You can also massage it into temples and pulse points to relax and soothe, building on inner strength. Ground is handmade in Ireland in small batches with natural vegan ingredients.
