Grounding Ritual: Rub onto hands, take to nose and inhale deeply. Dab gently onto affected areas or pulse points, behind the ears, on the chest and especially loved when rubbed onto the feet before bed.

100% natural, a gentle, modern day rescue balm which helps to calm overwhelm and provide emotional comfort for growing children. Bergamot is known for its soothing and restorative properties, while Marjoram helps strengthen the sense of emotional security. Encourage conscious breathing habits to help dispel negative emotions or any sense of panic, or to simply self soothe in order to help reduce stress, or anxiety.

Grounding Ritual: Dab gently onto pulse points. Alternatively teach older children to rub the balm between their palms and then breathe in the essential oils for the count of four, pause, and breathe out slowly for the count of six. Then massage into neck and behind the ears.
