How to Use: Shake the Eye and Lip Makeup Remover to thoroughly mix the water-based and oily phases. Soak a cotton pad and cleanse the eyelids, then the eye contour. Reapply to the pad, press gently onto lashes for a few seconds, then sweep away makeup. Use a fresh cotton pad to remove lip makeup.
