- Composition and Care: Enamelled Cast Iron. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven to 200°C and under the grill, allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling. Casserole lid: Lids with stainless steel and phenolic knobs are dishwasher-safe. Lids with gold finish, iridescent, copper finish and black nickel knobs should be hand-washed to maintain their finish. Freezer compatible. Handwash recommended
