Circular and Co's partners have developed cutting edge recycling technology to process all types of footwear, from worn out shoes to unused production materials. Each shoe is meticulously broken down and separated into its component parts, such as rubber, foam, textiles and leather. These materials are then prepared for production. The materials are pure, free from nasty chemicals, and extremely versatile. They can then be repurposed into a wide range of new circular products. The outer thermal layer of the Circular Cup is made using this innovative material. The inside components, lid and any components that come into contact with the beverage are made using certified food grade materials to ensure the cup is safe to use.
