These wonderfully festive star shaped biscuits are inspired by the popular Italian Christmas dessert, the Pandoro. Flavoured delicately with vanilla and citrus and oh-so-scrumptious, each shortbread is dusted with fine sugar and is stacked up tall - just like the iconic cake!
