Before You Start
There might be a myriad of reasons to book a Personal Shopping appointment. Our team of experts will
help you create your capsule wardrobe or find the perfect outfit for that special occasion. Recently
had a baby? Our team will help you find your new you. Starting a new job? Consider your 9-5 wardrobe
sorted. Joining a new gym or starting a new sport? We can help you look stylish and feel comfortable
while working out.
So have a little think about what you want to get out of your appointment, we're here to help.
Today, we'll take you through a capsule wardrobe update, but our Personal Shopping team truly can cater to any need or desire your wardrobe may have.
What Happens First?
Well, once you've booked your appointment, our team will call you about 3-4 days before your booking. In this call, our team will figure out all the finer details. We'll ask about your usual and preferred style, your budget and size preferences, your favourite colours, brands and more.
Note: If there's anything you do not want, if you hate a certain colour on yourself or dislike the way a certain fabric makes you feel, now is the time to let our team know of these things too! This saves everyone time in the appointment.
When You Arrive
On the day of your appointment, our stylists will have pulled about 15 looks, pre-prepared. These will all be ready for you on arrival in your Personal Shopping suite, and you will have the time to browse these and try on any that take your fancy.
For a capsule wardrobe update, our team will build you a number of looks composed of core wardrobe essentials, will show you how to accessorise them and how to combine them into different looks.
If You're Not Sure
If you're not enamoured with any of the picks that have been pulled, don't worry. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy a store walk with our stylists, where you can browse and get help styling in real-time as you make your way through the store.
The Finishing Touches
Once you've settled on your new favourite outfits, make sure to take the time with our stylists to get their top tips for finishing touches. Alterations if needed can be arranged at this time, and our Personal Shoppers are on hand to guide you towards the best accessories and shoes to pair with your new look.
