Bertha’s Last Straw

Ingredients:
40ml Strawberry infused Bertha’s Revenge Gin
25ml Rose cocchi Americano
20ml pink peppercorn & honey syrup
10ml lemon juice
Garnish: 2 raspberries and ½ strawberry

Method:
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake well and pour into a coupe glass, garnish with 2 raspberries and ½ strawberry on top.

Merry Mulled Wine

Ingredients:
1 bottle of red wine
2 cinnamon sticks
8 cloves
2 star anise
1 orange
Sugar (to your taste)
Garnish – orange wedges, cinnamon sticks and star anise

Method:
Start by squeezing orange juice into a glass through a sieve. Prepare a pot, large enough to accommodate one bottle of wine. Pour red wine and all the ingredients in the pot. Add sugar. Bring to boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour and garnish with an orange wedge, cinnamon stick and star anise

Connemara Irish Coffee

Ingredients:
I brown sugar cube
35 ml of Irish Whiskey
1 Shot of coffee
1 tsp of whipped pouring cream

Method:
Stir 1 brown sugar cube into hot water. Add 35 ml of Irish whiskey (We use Jameson). Add a shot of coffee. Stir contents together. Pour lightly whipped pouring cream against the back of a teaspoon slowly to allow to sit on top. Add 3 coffee beans for garnish.

Perfect Pisco Sour

Ingredients:
60ml Pisco
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Egg Whites
Angostura Bitters, Dehydrated Lime

Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe glass. Garnish with 5 drops of Angostura Bitters and Dehydrated Lime
