Encore Loyalty is the loyalty reward programme by Brown Thomas Arnotts. As an Encore Loyalty member, you can earn and spend loyalty points online, in-store and on app across both Brown Thomas and Arnotts. You also will receive a number of additional benefits for joining.

The easiest way to keep track of your Encore Loyalty points balance is by downloading the Brown Thomas app and signing into your account. In our app, you will have easy access to your points balance, your Encore Loyalty card and your account details.

You can also check your balance online by signing into your account, or in-store at any till.

To get a digital Encore Loyalty card, you must download the app. Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and search for the Brown Thomas App. Download the App and follow the instructions to create an account and select ‘Join Loyalty’.

If you have a physical Loyalty card, you can add this number on the App and it will be linked to your account. If you are joining Encore Loyalty for the first time, select ‘Join Loyalty’ and a new digital card will be created for you. This digital card can be added to your Wallet on your phone for ease of use.

You can join Encore Loyalty online at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie, by downloading the Brown Thomas or Arnotts apps and creating an account, or in-store with one of our lovely representatives.

You can spend your points online, on app or in-store. Simply select how many Loyalty Points you wish to redeem at checkout. Points cannot be used against gift cards or alcohol.

Yes, Encore Loyalty points expire yearly in September. But don't worry, we will contact you ahead of time to remind you of how many points are due to expire so that you have plenty of time to spend them!
