The magical unveiling of our festive windows has been a fascination for generations. Legendary songwriter Brendan Graham relives this childhood memory of visiting Switzer’s, our former store on Grafton Street in his wonderful Christmas single “Switzer’s Windows” in aid of Barnardo’s Children’s Charity. Sponsored by Brown Thomas, this charming classic in the making is performed by Hollywood actor and singer Patrick Bergin with the help of John Sheahan of The Dubliners on the violin, Paul Harrington on piano and the voices of The Kylemore Music School Children’s Choir directed by Lisa McGuiness. Available from Friday, December 7th in all Brown Thomas stores and online, with 100% of the proceeds* going to Barnardo’s Children’s Charity. Spread some cheer this year.
