This Global G-38 Diamond Sharpening Steel looks and feels great. It is extremely durable and abrasive, and will rapidly restore that razor sharp edge, keeping your knives in tip top condition. With just a few strokes, this G-38 Diamond sharpening steel will quickly hone the edge of your kitchen knives.
- We recommend using the sharpening steel for finishing off the edge of your knives, rather than to sharpen if in poor condition or if they haven 't been sharpened for some time
- Composition & Care: Chrome-vanadium stainless steel with a diamond coated steel. Hand wash only in mild soapy water, rinse thoroughly and dry immediately
- Dimensions: 38.5cm
- The weighted hollow handle is slip resistant and comfortable to hold
