AROMA- The bouquet of this expressive rosé opens with the heady aroma of raspberries, which is rapidly joined by perfumed notes of violet followed by leafy, greener nuances, such as angelica. TASTE- On the palate, you'll find an acidic foundation – the signature of the vintage – which articulates the structure of the pinot, vibrating the heart of the wine. The flavours grow to a persistent finish of peonies and white pepper.
