We are delighted to welcome you back to dine in some of our restaurants.
As per updated guidelines for indoor dining, we are required to record the following information:
- Adults must have proof of immunity, such as an EU Digital Covid Cert and photo ID.
- Contact-tracing requires us to record the name and contact details of the lead person at the table.
- These contact details will be checked alongside proof of immunity and photo ID.
- Please note, that under GDPR, these details will be safely stored and then destroyed after 28 days.
- Under 18’s can dine with parents who can show proof of immunity.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and co-operation.
Please note that face-coverings most be worn at all times by customers, other than when seated.
Effective ventilation is in operation and monitored by Brown Thomas maintenance team.
Our website and app are fully operational across our Fashion, Beauty, Home and Electrical categories.
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order and payment for the order is taken. Next, you will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched from our distribution centre. Please note orders with multiple items may be sent in separate deliveries and you will receive an email confirming each item for delivery once they have each been dispatched.
At this time our deliveries are taking a little longer as we adhere to strict safety measures, please expect a time frame of up to 7-10 days for your order to be delivered. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification email which will include a tracking number for your order.
Our extended returns period for in-store purchases made prior the last stores closure has now passed however full-price goods can be returned 28 days from the date of purchase, refer to our standard Returns Policy for further information.

Should you wish to return a faulty item, once our physical stores re-open, please return your product to us and we will assist you as quickly as we can. In the interim, please do not post any faulty items to our stores as these cannot be processed prior to our physical stores re-opening.
The first email you received from us is your order confirmation which confirms we have received your order. The second email is a dispatch email which outlines what you can expect in your delivery. Due to swift turnaround times some items may become out-of-stock between confirmation and dispatch of your order. We will ensure that the total amount of your order is revised to reflect this.

No, Unfortunately we cannot change any shipping/billing address one your order has been placed as our system will not allow this.

Yes, simply log into your account before you start shopping. If you already have a Loyalty Card associated to your account, the option to use your points will show up when you reach the checkout.
Yes, you will still receive Triple Points on your birthday.
