Please note that if your order includes products or services from any third party supplier, these will be dispatched and delivered separately by the relevant third party supplier (please note that you will have one order number) and you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation email in respect of any third party supplier products.

If you have any questions about any of the products from any third party supplier which are available on the website, queries about your order (including any complaints), or if you are unhappy with the product or service you have received from a third party supplier, please visit our Contact Us page and we will liaise with the relevant third party supplier on your behalf to try and resolve the issue.

By ordering any third party supplier products on the website, you accept that Brown Thomas Arnotts will share your personal information and order details with the relevant third party supplier for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under the contract of sale between you and Brown Thomas Arnotts.
