Description:  This set provides the Volume Effet Faux Clis Mascara which is a non-drying formula enriched with argan oil, the Dessin du Regard Eye Pencil, an oil-free, gel formulated and waterproof design with up to 16hr hold, and the Top Secrets Expert Makeup Remover, which gently eliminates all types long-lasting makeup with ease.

  • Miniature Top Secrets Expert Makeup Remover, 8ml

How To Use:

  • Apply the mascara from the root of the lash to the tip with the fibre brush to achieve supple lashes with length and volume
  • Use the eye pencil to create a subtle look by lining the upper lash line, or a bold look by smoking along the lower lash line and blending, line along the waterline for added intensity
  • Apply the makeup remover generously to a cotton pad to remove makeup with smoothing outward movements
