- The Syrah/Shiraz glass is perfect for balancing the gripping tannins and concentrated fruit typical of medium-bodied red wines. This glass has a diamond shape that works beautifully for big and bold New World wines, as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. The large bowl is balanced by its slightly tapered opening, which develops intense aromas and demonstrates mouth-filling fruit, dignified structure, and a long sweet finish on the palate.
