BALLYMALOE COOKERY SCHOOL Ballymaloe Experience With Rachel Allen

Whether the food lover in your life is looking to sharpen their basic cookery skills or discover a new cuisine altogether, there’s no better kitchen to step into than the Ballymaloe Cookery School. The experience begins with a coffee morning where you’ll meet Rachel Allen and hear of Ballymaloe’s rich history. Then, you’ll be taken on a tour of the school’s organic farm and gardens where you’ll see piglets, rare breeds of cattle, the on-site bakery and produce sheds for a behind-the-scenes experience. Later in the day, Rachel Allen will do an in-depth cookery demonstration which you will then go on to recreate in the kitchens under Rachel and her teams’ supervision. To finish, everyone sits down with Rachel herself for a late lunch paired with a crisp glass of wine before departing with the expertise as well as a Ballymaloe goodie bag.
