The footed base gives way to a deep sided contemporary shape with a very subtle inward curve while the striking linear crystal cuts form an eye-catching design based on the traditional Aran knitwear patterns. These special cuts are full of symbolism and where the intersecting lines encircling the bowl cross one another to create a diamond pattern, the shape represents a fishing net with a good catch bringing wealth and success.
