The Circulon Style Casserole pan is crafted from heavy gauge hard anodized aluminium. Twice as hard as stainless steel this material provides exceptionally durable cookware that distributes heat quickly and evenly. The pan’s extra thick steel base for even heating is suitable for all hobs including induction and will heat the pan faster with no hot spots. The specially formulated 3-layer TOTAL® Hi-Low Non-Stick system creates an exceptional non-stick surface which requires little or no oil for healthy cooking and will release food easily when sauteing or making casseroles. Cleaning is effortless, even in the dishwasher and the hi-low groove system increases durability & ensures maximum performance from the non-stick surface. The pan comes with a lid to keep in moisture and steam-finish vegetables or rice.
