- WARNING: Carefully remove the product from its package. Open the battery box on each candle by twisting the base in an anticlockwise direction and install the batteries. Turn on the product by pressing the ON switch on the remote control to test whether the lights are functioning correctly. The remote control will operate all 4 candles simultaneously. Position each candle in your tree using the included wire. Please ensure the branch chosen is sturdy to support the candle. Confirm each candle is positioned so that the remote control can function correctly. To change the batteries on the candles, unscrew the cap off each candle base and insert 1 AAA size battery. Ensure the flat (or jagged) end of the battery which is usually stamped with the battery expiry date, is touching the spring inside the candle – refer to the holding instructions on the base of the remote control and also the battery tray on it to operate the battery. Remove and insert battery carefully as directed. This is supported by the battery tray having clips on the support shape of the battery. After inserting the battery, please replace the correct receiver. Remote control requires 1 x CR2032 battery
