Rose Oil & Rosewater
Water-fresh liquid formula designed to remove all non-waterproof eye makeup. Effacil contains softening agents and Rose extract. Your eye area is left feeling soft and refreshed, with no oily residue. For all non-waterproof make-up. All skin types, even sensitive eyes and contact lense wearers. Wipe off. Ophthalmologist tested for safety. Effacil is enriched with Rose extract and helps to remove make-up from your eyelashes and eyelids effectively. Apply Effacil to a cotton pad and rest on your closed eye for 5 seconds. Gently sweep down to remove eye make-up.
