Created in 1933, the brainchild of Alfonso Bialetti, Moka Express has always been an undisputed icon of Italian style. The collaboration between Bialetti and Bridgerton has given birth to a precious Moka Express decorated with floral motifs and golden details to make the coffee moment even more romantic and intriguing in perfect English bon ton ritual.
- How to prepare coffee in your Bialetti Moka Express - 1. Start by pouring the water at room temperature into the Moka boiler and fill it up to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level or the coffee might be too watery. 2. Now choose your preferred blend of ground coffee. Take care! The blend must have a specific grind for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the Moka funnel, without pressing the coffee. 3. A little secret? Set the heat to low and take your time; it is worth waiting a few more minutes to enjoy an excellent coffee. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, turn off the heat. 4. Now the crucial moment: the taste. To savour all the aromas released in the best possible way, we recommend that you drink the coffee as soon as it is poured into the cup.
- Composition and Care: Wash after each use with lukewarm water without using detergents and/or abrasive materials. Body material: aluminium. Handle and knob material: thermoplastic. Easy-clean safety valve. Suitable for use on gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs. Suitable for use on induction hobs only if used with the Bialetti induction plate.
