Now a permanent expression in the family – having originally launched as a limited edition – Redbreast 15 Year Old is matured in a combination of American bourbon barrels and Spanish oloroso sherry butts. The extra three years of ageing give the whiskey a more mellow taste, extra complexity and greater depth than its younger sibling, Redbreast 12 Year Old.
