The chef’s knife from the ZWILLING® Pro series can be used for almost any job in the creative and comfortable preparation of various dishes. You can cut with the entire blade of the 20 cm long knife. This enables you to use a variety of techniques, from cutting meat or fish to finely chopping vegetables, as well as using a rocking cut to chop herbs. Like all the knives in this series, the blade is precision-forged from a single piece of steel, specially created for ZWILLING, that meets specific requirements in terms of hardness and corrosion resistance.
