The “Colombina fish” cutlery set, designed by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas with the gastronomic consulting of Alberto Gozzi, includes an extensive range of utensils for serving and savouring fish-based dishes. The handles on each individual piece feature a special texture that draws its inspiration from fish scales: an evocative pattern that clearly refers to the purpose of this cutlery. Between the objects of the collection we find a oyster knife Ideal for opening oysters easily and effortlessly, without the risk of getting cut.
