The Lapsang Souchong Tea is made from plucked leaves that are withered over pine fires, pan-dried then rolled and placed in bamboo baskets and smoked over smouldering pinewood fires. This beautiful tea is best enjoyed alone, or add a spoonful to other black teas to lend them a hint of its aromatic flavour.
