Black garlic infused Balsamic vinegar of Modena skilfully crafted into spheres to create a sensational burst of flavour in the mouth. These fun and innovative pearls will add a vibrant burst of colour and flavour to any dish, particularly good with steaks, salads or roasted vegetables.
  • Store in cool, dry conditions in the original sealed container: do not expose to heat sources and store in a clean place away from direct sunlight. By law the vinegar does not require an expiration date, however we advise 3 years from production date. Specific customer requirements and/or regulations of both EU and non-EU countries are evaluated from time to time.
