The Zwilling Gourmet series offers this Compact chef’s knife with a blade length of only 14cm. With its compact form, it is used for cutting, cleaving, chopping and hacking meat, fish, vegetables and herbs. The long FRIODUR blade is ice-hardened, giving the knife a high edge-holding ability in addition to making it corrosion-resistant and flexible. The handle, which is made of high-quality plastic in a classic three-rivet design, is simply to clean and, together with the full tang blade of the knife, ensures a pleasant balance that allows rapid and precise cutting.
