GRÁ CHOCOLATES The Sustainable Edit Chocolate Baubles Set

Grá Chocolates is a chocolate brand founded on giving the best quality produce created into a mouthful of excitement. Following our principals of sourcing locally and sustainably, based on our conviction that great taste comes from the finest ingredients. We work painstakingly in small batches by hand with grá, right here in Co Galway. The bonbons are hand-painted and take three full days to create. For the fillings, we source locally and ethically produced ingredients to create unforgettable flavours. In addition, we polish each mould individually to ensure that the bonbons retain their beautiful shine. There are no shortcuts taken in the process because we know every single step makes a difference in the end.

Each one of the individually artistically hand-painted chocolates has their own character comprising of unique aromas, textures and flavours. Each individual chocolate bauble is carefully hand-painted so every single one is individual, and with their delicious filled centres, the combination of flavours and textures are created for your satisfaction. Attention to detail is of utmost importance to ensure your enjoyment of ‘rud éigin milis’ (something sweet).

The Flavours of an Irish Christmas:

Ginger Bell Rock - Smooth milk chocolate embedded with 24 Carat Gold Leaf. The chocolate is sprinkled with crunchy Gingerbread pieces lightly coated in blonde chocolate and the spicy yet sweet pieces of crystallised ginger bring some excitement into your taste buds. Concealed inside there is a perfectly balanced milk chocolate and blonde chocolate truffle with just a hint of cinnamon.

Christmas Spirit - Forceful dark chocolate bauble painted with its striking green colour. Find slightly smoky Connemara Whiskey Fudge pieces within that are carefully balanced with sumptuous candied orange pieces. Hidden within you will discover a rich dark chocolate and Connemara whiskey truffle with just a touch of orange.

Berry Christmas - Creamy white chocolate bauble with its festive red glow. Within there is the smoothest Cranberry Pate de Fruit that has been lightly scented with star anise and dotted with dried cranberries. Once you break through the white chocolate layer you will uncover a smooth white chocolate and star anise truffle.
