Neo Nude Melting Colour Balm is a versatile balm for cheeks and eyes. Its airy, lightweight texture and moist formula composed of 35% oily components allows it to effortlessly blend into the skin. With a soft, bouncy consistency that feels smooth and ultra-comfortable on the skin, the balm results in a natural matte finish that looks fresh. Provides medium buildable coverage that can be intensified by layering and blending the balm onto the skin.
- How to use: Use your fingertips to warm up the formula using a circular motion and pick up a bit of product. To apply for a flush of colour, start by gently dabbing into your cheeks and blending outwards with a clean finger - this gives you a soft, natural look. For added pigment, add another layer of the product and blend with your fingertips. For the eyelids, apply using the ring finger on the whole eyelid and blend softly outwards.
