Please find outlined below how to check the status of your order and track when your purchases will arrive. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed and another email when your order has been dispatched. You can also sign in into your personal account ‘My Account’ on to view the status of your order. Please find how to track your delivery after dispatch below.

Once your order has been dispatched you will need to track your order via An Post. We currently use An Post as our delivery service to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  With this in mind it is important to note Standard Delivery to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 2-3 working days.

To track your delivery we will provide you with an An Post tracking number on your dispatch email. Please use the An Post tracking system ‘Track and Trace’ to follow your item through the final stages of this process

Please note

  • An Post deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. 
  • During Bank holiday periods please allow an extra day for Standard Delivery.
  • An Post do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.
  • A signature will be required upon receipt of your item(s) to ensure safe delivery.
