The small artisan production of Sant' Angelica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is Irish-owned and produced in the breathtaking Maremma region of Tuscany. The organically run olive farm has 900 olive trees that overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea. The olives are harvested early in order to produce a premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil; they are handpicked and pressed within hours of harvesting, ensuring the perfect olive oil. The olive oil is vibrant, intense, and fragrant, with bursts of peppery greenness that will transport you to the natural beauty of the Maremma region of southern Tuscany.
