How To Use: 

• Beginner: Start with AHA every 2-3 days & BHA every 2-3 days
• Moderate: Alternate AHA & BHA every other day
• Advanced: Use daily, BHA in the AM & AHA in the PM

For each exfoliant, lightly soak a cotton pad or apply 2-3 shakes on your hands and gently apply over the entire face and neck, including the eye area (avoid lash line and eyelids). Do not rinse. For daytime use, always finish with an SPF 30 or higher.
