Wind Down With Waterford Crystal

Waterford have provided us with a range of cocktail recipes to release your inner mixologist, and invite you to have a little fun mastering the art of cocktail creation in the comfort of your own home.
To create the Honeysuckle, ingredients needed are as follows:
45ml dark rum
20ml lime juice
20ml honey
Mix all the ingredients together by pouring into a shaker and shake in circular motions.
Pour into your desired glass and add a lime wheel garnish for the finishing touch.
If you don’t have a shaker at home, you can use an empty jar instead to act as the mixer.
Ingredients To Make A Centenario
If you fancy giving yourself more of a mixology challenge, try the Centenario. Ingredients needed:
40 ml white rum
10 ml coffee liqueur
5 ml triple sec
10 ml lime juice
5 ml sugar syrup
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker, and shake in circular motions.
Pour into your desired glass and add a final touch of orange peel garnish.
Now, sit back, relax and enjoy. You’ve earned it!
