FASHION GOES CIRCULAR
Circular fashion is a word making waves right now. In a nutshell, it is a method by which the entire life of a garment is considered. It is about being thoughtful about the products we choose to buy, how long we use them for, and what we do with them when we no longer use them.
Fashion icon and influencer Anna Dello Russo who is a fan of Vestiaire Collective has contributed to the site and sums up the mood of the moment: "Everything has changed [in fashion] and I totally agree with this new movement of recycling, rethinking, and redoing fashion—making something feel new again. I’m recycling my clothing to see how it can have another life. I love clothing so much, and of course I love fashion, but I don’t want to be dying in my clothes. I really would like to see these outfits and accessories take on another life with the young, new generation."
