The Essentials Kit includes all the essentials for anyone looking to jumpstart their journey and strengthen the entire body for incredible results. Each piece, used on its own or combined, will teach you P.volve's fundamentals and activate every muscle group needed to progress further in your workouts. Each kit contains p.ball- the most dynamic and muscle-sculpting resistance ball, p.band- the upper-body strengthening tool that prioritizes posture, 1.5 lb. ankle weights- a lower-body toning essential, heavy ankle band- heavier resistance to provide an intense, focused burn on the outer thighs and glutes, and gliders- easy-to-glide discs to lengthen the lower body.
