Make sure that you are covering the full length of your brow hairs. Use the applicator directly, OR for a more precise shape - use The Dual Angled Brush. Dip the angled tip in tint and draw a perfect line along the contour of your brows. Dip into more tint and fill in the perfect shape. STEP 3: Leave tint on for 10 minutes.
