Midleton very rare single cask non filtered whiskey. An exclusive bottling of Midleton single pot still Irish Whiskey. Aged exclusively in a Virgin American oak barrel and exclusively selected for Brown Thomas by Kevin O Gorman, Master Distillery, Midleton Distillery.

Nose: Chocolate dipped cranberries with salted almonds and toasted hazelnut. The tantalising pot still spices and oak-derived vanilla mingle with the orchard fruit notes of succulent red apple and sweet pear. The charred wood continues to influence the aroma with nuanced waves of smoked woodland spices.

Taste: Initial waves of spice, that quickly settle, revealing an array of intriguing tastes, including roasted coffee beans with rich salted caramel and freshy baked brown bread. These toasted yet sweet notes collide with the spices and orchard fruits creating an explosion of flavour, great than the sum of its parts.

Finish: The pot still spices linger for a time, gently conceding to the EBB and flow of sweetness between the charred oak and fruits. Softly fade into the background.
