How to use: rinse the Cleanse Off Mitt in warm water, wring it out and glide in circular motions to pre-cleanse. Massage PreProbiotic Cleanse into the skin for 60 seconds, and remove with your damp Cleanse Off Mitt. Apply 1 pump of Skin Veg post-cleansing from the nipples up, and follow with/mix with 1 pump of Skin Protein. In the AM, apply half a teaspoon of Skin Shield SPF 50 PA+++ to the face, neck and ears.
