  • The pistils of Saffron are then delicately extracted from the heart of the flower and carefully dried, before being stored in airtight and lightproof glass jars, ready to be used as an exceptional ingredient in the Or Rouge range.
  • The precious saffron flowers in Or Rouge L’Huile are harvested by hand in the YSL Ourika Gardens, located in the extreme conditions of the Atlas Mountains. The preciosity of the saffron flower lies in its rarity: the flower flourishes one unpredictable morning a year. It is only at that precise moment that each flower can be harvested, by hand, according to a meticulous ancestral savoir-faire.
  • How to use: STIMULATE: Apply a small amount of Or Rouge L’Huile on your fingertips. Take time to smell the fresh and natural flowery fragrance. Warm the formula onto the length of your fingers on both hands REIGNITE: Activate and spread the texture with gentle pressure. Glide hands outwards slowly and firmly on each side, from the face to the neck. Repeat three times. RITUAL: Extend the indulgence by trying Or Rouge L’Huile on the hair or body to fully immerse yourself in the world of Or Rouge.
