Additional Information

Belleek Living introduces their new collections of contemporary tableware. Tsuma, meaning Stack, is inspired by Japanese Design and is reminiscent of an old Japanese pottery process called Raku where pieces are fired at a low temperature and then buried to create colour and texture. Originally used as part of Japanese tea ceremonies most often in the form of tea bowls, the pottery was rustic in appearance and usually found in earthy tones. A similar effect can be seen on the bases of the Tsuma collection which are unglazed and smoky. The contemporary box sets include four rich matte colours - Dark Grey, Green, Peacock Blue and Paprika.
