As our day-to-day routines take place at home we have rounded up our top tips from our teams and our community of experts to ensure you are feeling as good as you can from AM to PM.
7AM - SAY YES TO MEAL PREP
Take your cues from Dr. Hazel Wallace (The Food Medic), qualified doctor and author, and make the first meal of the day a delicious and nutritious one, we love her Coconut and Raspberry Swirl Overnight Oats which is super easy to prepare. And of course, if you can’t source all these ingredients right now, feel free to freestyle – overnight oats are open for experimentation!
8AM - CREATE A RITUAL OF MOVEMENT
Milena Jaksic of Platinum Pilates, Dublin, gives us the lowdown on the importance of showing up for yourself and your health through the magic of movement, something which is even more important right now.
9AM - THE #WFH LOOK
As our buying team prepares for another week of working from home, they’ve snapped some of their favourite #WFH styles for you to enjoy.

11AM - HYDRATE YOUR HANDS
While we still need to keep washing our hands very regularly our new elevenses should be all about hydrating those hands. Why not try something in a favourite scent with nourishing oils and calming ingredients. Keep a reminder in your diary to top up during the day.
1PM- AND BREATHE...
As self-isolation pushes us to our limits its important to take a step away from work and to make time to ground yourself.

4PM - TAKE SHADE
Take a break on your balcony, at your window sill or in your garden and soak up some of those spring rays with a cool pair of shades, which are still shoppable online now.
6PM - COCKTAILS AREN'T CANCELLED
6pm used to be the time we were all on your daily commute home, now we can make it Aperitivo Hour!
This summer cocktail recipe from The Restaurant in our Dublin store is refreshing, fruity and will have you dreaming of warmer days ahead. Why not sip on your balcony, terrace or in your garden?
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. bourbon
- 2 c. strawberries
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 12 basil leaves
- 8 basil sprigs
- bitters
Place strawberries into blender and add 2 tbsp of sugar. Add about 1/4 of a cup of water and pulse until pureed. In a medium saucepan over a medium-high heat, add the puree and 1 3/4 cup of water. Heat until mixture begins to boil. Allow to cool and then strain through a sieve. In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry syrup, bourbon, 1 cup of water, lemon juice, basil leaves, and a splash of bitters. Stir and then pour into eight glasses with ice. Garnish each with a basil sprig. Serves 8.
