THE BRANDS ON OUR RADAR THIS AUTUMN
Meet the latest players in the menswear game and what you can expect from them as we head into autumn. From Pharrell Williams’ decade defining skate brand Billionaires Boys Club to a new era at Dior with Kim Jones, these are the drops of the season you don’t want to miss…
DIOR
The Designer: Helmed by none other than Kim Jones, a designer who cut his teeth at some of the fashion world’s most prodigious houses including Louis Vuitton.
Known for: Since the appointment of Jones, the brand has amassed a devoted following through their clean and considered pieces, married with the signature Dior stamp of luxury.
Seen on: A$AP Rocky, Robert Pattinson and Nile Rodgers.
The cult buy: Utility cut outerwear with Dior embossed buckles.

BILLIONAIRES BOYS CLUB
The Designer: If you thought that Pharrell Williams’ influence on 2000s popular culture was purely musical then think again. Billionaires Boys Club, the brand he co-founded with Nigo of A Bathing Ape fame in 2005 was equally revolutionary.
Known for: Back then, it was all about the spaceman helmet logo tees, spotted in every hip-hop video of the 2000s but this season expect a more refined collection of grungy staples such as flannel shirts mixed with rave era fleeces reinvented in minimal cuts.
Seen on: Jay Z, Lil Wayne and Tyler The Creator to name but a few.
The cult buy: The cameo fleece is sure to be a standout yet practical choice for autumn.
DSQUARED2
The Designer: Canadian identical twins Dean and Dan Catenacci moved to Milan in the early 1990s and learnt a thing or two about fashion from Gianni Versace. Now in its 24th year, Dsquared2 is stronger than ever.
Known for: A quirky and tongue in cheek take on fashion. This coming season expect lots of nods to their lumberjack roots with plaid flannels, shearling collars, and plenty of maple leaf motifs.
Seen on: Kendrick Lamar, Lenny Kravitz, and Justin Timberlake.
The cult buy: Generously tailored padded overshirts worn as jackets in striking cobalt blue.
KSUBI
The Designer: Founded in 1999 by Gareth Moody, Dan Single, Paul Wilson and George Gorrow, a group of Australian surfers who decided to take their dissatisfaction with denim on the market into their own hands.
Known for: Denims, since day one and that’s still very much the vibe. This season Ksubi is sticking to its distressed roots and James Dean-style classicly cut jackets.
Seen on: Mark Ronson, A$AP Ferg and Scott Disick.
The cult buy: One look at this shirt and you won’t be surprised to find out that one of the brand's co-founders supported Daft Punk on tour in 2007.
